4.1 Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan. Online payment options may be added in the future.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Areas: We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

5.2 Delivery Timeframes:
• Lahore: 1-2 business days
• Other major cities: 2-4 business days
• Remote areas: 4-7 business days

5.3 Shipping Charges:
• Free delivery on orders above PKR 2,000
• PKR 180 within Lahore for orders below PKR 2,000
• PKR 250 for other cities on orders below PKR 2,000

5.4 Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. We are not liable for such delays.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
